Cancellation Policy

Jenniffer Garfield, CMT has a 48-hour cancellation, no-exception policy.

Appointment reminders are emailed to you 72 and 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In addition, a 24 hour text reminder is sent to your phone. Any changes (cancellations, reschedules) made with more than 48 hours notice will not be subject to any charges.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be subject to 100% of the cost of your session.

The cancellation charge can be waived if you’re able to have a friend or loved one take up your appointment slot.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the session.
